i email your company. and a response was sent with-in hours!! after registering my easel customer service sent the parts i needed to set my easel up. i received my parts from italy to calfornia(usa) with-in days. thank-you for a quick and excellant response. best wishes, andrew rodell

Dear Sir,

On June 10th I registered on your site and told your customer service about a lost part on my easel.

I received an almost immediate reply telling me that the part was already shipped. At no expense to me. Imagine my amazement.

I received the replacement part today, the 16th. It fits perfectly and I now have a complete easel again.

I was sure that I would have to replace the part with "duct tape" the solver of all problems.

I cannot express how impressed I am with your customer service.

When I buy another easel you can be sure that it will be a MABEF. I will be telling all of my friends about your exceptional service.

I have several MABEF easels. On a recent trip my half easel was damaged and some of the special hardware used on the easel was bent. I could not locate replacement hardware anywhere. Finally, I emailed MABEF customer service and asked for help locating the hardware. A week later the parts I needed arrived from MABEF. I reassembled my easel and it is back at work. I was truly astonished that MABEF would simply give the parts I needed. Outstanding customer service.
