Your customer service is wonderful. I needed a small part for my easel that was not in the box when I bought it. My email request for a replacement was answered quickly and followed by the part via priority mail. I could not ask for better response and attention. Grazie! |

I damaged a hardware fitting on an easel as I was assembling it. MABEF was very helpful, and sent me a replacement part with no delay, and no charge. They really do stand behind their products! |

Uso il cavalletto M/04 da circa dieci anni ed è ancora in perfetta efficienza. La sua costruzione è solidissima e funzionale.

J'ai reçu pour mon anniversaire un magnifique chevalet de campagne... le M/32, quelle merveille. Mais voilà... ce qui est venu assombrir le plaisir de peindre avec ce chevalet est le fait que j'ai perdu le bloc coulissant qui retient la toile sur le chevalet.
J'ai donc sollicité MABEF pour faire l'achat d'un bloc coulissant pour un M/32... et 9 jours plus tard je recevais cette importante pièce.
A ma grande surprise... aucune facture accompagnait ce colis.
J'ai compris que cette Compagnie supporte ses produits et ses utilisateurs.
